Content
Feature
The album consists of four lengthy compositions flowing into each other. The first part opens with a part of an acoustic guitar accompanied by electronic noises and sounds of nature, which are gradually supplemented by ethnic percussion, flute and vibraphone, as well as an electronically processed voice, creating a common phantom-hypnotic sound mixture around the guitar part. The second and third parts go into a more lively and energetic, free-form improvisation with elements of jazz. The fourth part returns the album to its beginning - a solo acoustic guitar in combination with ethnic percussion, cosmic sounds of electronics and a flute again comes to the fore. Although the record was released in 1974, it retained the special psychedelic spirit of music from the late 1960s. And the originality of creative thinking and the connection with ethnic culture brings Yatha Sidhra closer to such Kraut rock leaders as Ash Ra Tempel and Popol Vuh .
