Story

The world service of the galaxy from the planet Radion decides to check whether people are worthy to become full members of the galactic union, for this they send to the Earth the Prince of the planet, who takes the earthly name "Papi" (in the English version of "Bobby"), where he will study earthly society, find new friends and fight against the forces of evil, both alien and terrestrial. The prince himself has super-powers, for example, he is able to create different objects, which is very convenient at any time, especially during battles. However, the prince’s strength is limited by a pendant on his neck, which must be charged periodically.
