At the age of 9, he began to play chess, a year later he took part in his 1st tournament. At the age of 14 he became a national master. At the world championship under 18 years old - 3rd place.
Member of two World Cups (2011, 2015). The USA team includes a participant in the 2014 Chess Olympiad and the 2015 World Team Championship.
