Enbek ( Kazakh. Enbek ) is a village in the Ili district of the Almaty region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Zhetygen rural district. It is located on the left bank of the Malaya Almatinka River , about 2 km west of the village of Zhetygen , the administrative center of the district, at an altitude of 523 meters above sea level [1] . The KATO code is 196837200 [2] .

In 1999, the village population was 404 people (221 men and 183 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 440 people lived in the village (223 men and 217 women) [3] .
