Henry Willy Engler Golovchenko ( Spanish Henry Willy Engler Golovchenko , born November 11, 1946 ) is a Uruguayan left politician of Ukrainian descent, a neuroscientist and member of the Tupamaros leadership. After spending 13 years in prison under a dictatorial regime, he went to Sweden, where he received his doctorate from Uppsala University.
