Content
Story
A sly fox asked to spend the night with the hare, and brought with her an old bast. The hospitable hare happily sheltered the fox. And at night she took, and threw away this bast. When she woke up, she began to say that she was robbed, and only the chicken who lived with the hare could replace her loss. The hare had to give up the chicken so that the fox would not consider him a thief. After this, the fox cheated their animals from the forest inhabitants, but, in the end, suffered from their greed. Finding a thrown out bast, she throws it out again, but this time he falls into the yard with the dogs. Fleeing from dogs, the fox lost all the animals that immediately returned to the owners. And she barely blew her legs.
