Ketebay ( Kaz. Ketebay ) is a village in the Inder district of the Atyrau region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Zharsuatsky aul district. It is located at a distance of approximately 28 km east-southeast (ESE) from the village of Inderborsk , the administrative center of the region. The KATO code is 234037500 [1] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 187 people (104 men and 83 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 136 people lived in the village (76 men and 60 women) [2] .
