IN AND. Lomanov was born in 1953 in Krasnoyarsk . Since 1970 - Yenisei player. Champion of the USSR - 1980, 1981, 1982. Bronze medalist of the USSR championship - 1978.
In 1985-1988 and 1990 - senior coach of the Yenisei hockey team. Honored Worker of Physical Culture (1997).
He graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Pedagogical Institute (1980).
