Biography
Orthodox. From hereditary nobles. Landowner of St. Petersburg Province, homeowner of St. Petersburg .
He graduated from the Richelieu Lyceum and the Faculty of Law of St. Petersburg University (1880).
Upon graduation, he was a sworn attorney . [1] For twenty years he was elected as a deputy of the nobility of the St. Petersburg province, vowel of the Tsarskoye Selo district and St. Petersburg provincial zemstvo meetings , an honorary magistrate. He was a member of the October 17 Union .
In 1907 he was elected to the III State Duma from the St. Petersburg province by a congress of landowners. He was a member of the Octobrist faction. He was a rapporteur of the commission on the working matter, as well as a member of the commissions: on the working matter, on judicial reforms and on the inviolability of the person.
Fate after 1917 is unknown. Was married.
