Biography
Representative of the richest magnate family of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania - Radziwill coat of arms of the Pipe . The only son of the great Lithuanian hetman and governor of Vilnius Mikhail Casimir Radziwill Rybonka ( 1702 - 1762 ) from his second marriage with Anna Louise Mitselskaya ( 1729 - 1771 ), widow of the guard of the Lithuanian Pole Leon Michael Radziwill . The younger half-brother of the governor of Vilnius Karol Stanislav Radziwill Panet Kohanku .
Because of the sequestration, the Radziwill estates Jerome Vincent spent his childhood in the Czech Republic and Germany. He received a home education, one of his teachers was the famous Polish writer and teacher Jozef Katenbring (1730-1804). He served in the Austrian army. He was a ward, then a companion of his half-brother Karol Stanislav Radziwill Panah Kohanku, who helped him get high positions in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Family
On December 31, 1775, Prince Jerome Wincent Radziwill in Regensburg married the German Princess Sophia Frederick Thurn-i-Taxis , the second daughter of Karl Anselm (1733-1805), 4th Imperial Prince Thurn-i-Taxis, and Augusta Elizabeth of Württemberg . This wedding spawned Lithuanian tycoon Jerome Vincent Radziwill with many European dynasties. In marriage they had four sons, including Nicholas, Karol and Dominic Jerome .
In 1777, Jerome and Sophia Dorothea Radziwill were received in Vienna by the Austrian Empress Maria Theresa and in Warsaw by the Polish King Stanislav Augustus Poniatowski . However , a huge scandal erupted on January 17, 1784 . Sophia Dorothea, together with her lover, secretly fled from Nesvizh, taking with her many valuable things. September 18, 1786, 27-year-old Jerome Vincent Radziwill died. His possessions were inherited by his young son, Dominic Jerome Radziwill ( August 4, 1786 - November 11, 1813 ), who was under the care of his uncle Karol Stanislav Radziwill Panah Kohanku.
