Biography
Orthodox, a peasant in the village of Tarhanovo, Tarhanovo volost of Ardatov district .
He graduated from a rural school. Engaged in agriculture (1Β½ tithes of allotment land), owned a store in Tarkhanov. Before being elected to the Duma, one triennium was a volost foreman .
In 1907 he was elected to the State Duma from the Simbirsk province by a congress of commissioners from volosts. He was a member of the moderate-right faction, from the 3rd session he was non-partisan. He was a member of the agricultural commission.
After the revolution, he lived in his native village. He was arrested on June 9, 1929, and sentenced by a special meeting at the OGPU Board to be sentenced to three years in the Northern Territory under Articles 58-10, 58-8 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR .
The further fate is unknown. Was married.
