History
At the beginning of the XX century on the site of the present village stood Akkermanovsky farm. The two-story houses of the new suburban settlement for the workers of the iron ore quarry were built by captured Germans . To date, all these buildings have already been demolished. Residents received apartments in the city of Novotroitsk.
From 1959 to 2005, Akkermanovka had the status of an urban-type settlement . Today, this settlement, in fact, is a large cottage village. There are two shops, a stable, a club (a solid building of Stalinist construction). There is an eight-year school.
