Death or Glory (Death or Glory) is the fifth studio album of the German metal band Running Wild , released jointly by West German affiliate EMI and Noise Records on November 8, 1989 . The last full-length album recorded with guitarist Mike Moti, who left the band in the summer of 1990 .

There are 3 songs devoted to pirate and maritime, βcompany-specificβ topics for the group. The recording was performed in an updated composition (with the English drummer Ian Finley, who took an active part in writing the lyrics of many songs of the album) in Studio M. The title of the record was Finley's personal motto , which for several years placed it on the bass-barrels of his instrument.
In the first week, 55 thousand copies were sold [3] , and over the entire time over 3 million copies were sold. The album remains one of the group's most popular in the creative luggage.
October 17, 1989 at a concert in Dusseldorf , the material underlying the video for the song β Bad to the Bone β and the concert video Death or Glory Tour [3] was shot.

Formats and Reprints
There is a bonus track on the CD version - the song βMarch Onβ, written by Mike Moti. The 1991 Japanese edition included songs from the 1990 Wild Animal mini-album as additional material. In 1999, the Noise Records label re-released the album in remastered form with the addition of the indicated bonuses [3] .
