Rashit Mansurovich Divaev ( January 12, 1929 - September 7, 2010 ) is the main agronomist of the October collective farm of the Aurgazinsky district of the BASSR, Hero of Socialist Labor.

Biography

Rashit Mansurovich Divaev was born on January 12, 192 9 years in with. Tukaevo, Aurgazinsky district, BASSR.

Higher education, in 1968 he graduated from the Bashkir Agricultural Institute .

He began his career in 1943 on the Stalin collective farm in the Aurgazinsky district. Since 1947, he worked as a fitter of industrial equipment at the Ufa Locomotive Repair Plant. In 1951, he was drafted into the ranks of the Soviet Army. After demobilization since 1954, he worked in a village. Tukaevo field foreman brigade. In 1955-1958 studied at Sterlitamak agricultural school. In 1958-1960 He worked as deputy chairman of the collective farm "Way of Lenin" of the Aurgazinsky district. Since 1960 - the chief agronomist of the collective farm “October” in the same area.

R. M. Divaev achieved high economic indicators and increased productivity of fields and farms. The increase in the yield of grain, industrial and forage crops was achieved through the introduction of progressive methods of tillage, improved crop rotation, and the competent application of organic fertilizers.

In 1969, the Oktyabr collective farm fulfilled the plan for grain production by 162 percent, the grain yield was 21.3 centners per hectare. The state sold 17,745 centners of grain with a plan of 9,100 centners, which amounted to 195 percent of the assignment. In collective farm bins, 5,500 quintals of seeds were poured, if necessary, 4,500 quintals. In 1970, from each hectare, the collective farm received 24.8 centners of grain, 280 centners of sugar beets, 158 centners of potatoes, 320 centners of vegetables, 320 centners of green corn, 440 centners of root crops, 28 centners of hay and natural herbs. The annual plan for the sale of meat to the state was 140 percent complete, 180 percent milk, 123 percent wool, and 2,846 kilograms of milk from each feed cow.

Gross agricultural production during the eighth five-year period (1966-1970) amounted to the level of 1961-1965. 180 percent for grain, 175 for sugar beets, 190 for potatoes, and 150 percent for feed crops. The five-year plan for harvesting was 208 percent fulfilled for grain, 136 for sugar beet, 103 for potato, 149 for milk, 126 for meat, and 123 percent for wool.

For outstanding achievements in the development of agricultural production and the implementation of the five-year plan for the sale of agricultural and livestock products to the state, R. M. Divaev was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor by a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of April 8, 1971.

In 1994, Rashit Mansurovich retired.

Honored Agronomist of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (1981). Honorary Citizen of the Aurgazinsky District of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Divaev Rashit Mansurovich died on September 7, 2010.
