Biography

Russian, non-partisan, from a family of peasants of the village of Treskovo, Novotorzhsky district of the Tver province. He graduated from the Marine Engineering College . In 1910, the ship's midshipman shipbuilder, then the second lieutenant of the fleet. In 1914 he was promoted to headquarters captain of the ship's engineer corps . In the RKKF since September 1919 . In the 1930s, the editor of literature on shipbuilding and general technical issues of the Naval Publishing House of the NKVMF of the USSR . In 1941 he joined the ranks of the CPSU (b) . During the Great Patriotic War [1] he was the senior editor of the Office of the Military Horizon.
