Sophie Lara Winkleman was born on August 5, 1980 in Primrose Hill ( London , England , UK ) in the family of the publisher Barry Winkleman (born 1939) and his second wife. Sophie has an older half-sister after her first marriage to Yves Pollard - Journalist Claudia Winkleman (genus 1972).
Sophie graduated from City of London School for Girls and Trinity Hall, Cambridge .
Sophie was a member of the Footlights Theater Club.
Career
Sophie made her film debut in 2002 , playing the role of a woman in a bank in the episode "Killing the House" of the television series " End Action ". In 2005, Winkleman played the role of an adult Susan Pevensey in the film The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe .
