Biography
Isabel was born in Baku in the family of the Angolan revolutionary, MPLA activist Jose Eduardo dos Santos and the Soviet (now British) citizen Tatyana Kukanova [3] . She studied at a public school in Luanda. After her parents divorced in 1979, Isabelle lived with her mother in London , where she studied at the prestigious Kings College , after which she graduated as an electrical engineer and returned to Luanda .
