Biography
Gretchen Francis Wilson was born on June 26, 1973 in Pocahontas ( Illinois , USA ) in the family of a waitress (born 1957), who divorced the girl’s father when she was not even two years old. A native of a poor family, Gretchen left high school grade 9 to work as a cook and bartender.
Career
In 2003, Gretchen signed to Epic Records . In 2004-2013, Wilson released 5 music solo albums:

- All Jacked Up (2005)
- One of the Boys (2007)
- I Got Your Country Right Here (2010)
- Right on Time (2013).
In 2005-2007, Gretchen appeared in two episodes of The Ellen DeGeneres Show .
Personal life
Gretchen's marriage with musician Larry Rawlans ended in divorce.
In 1999-2005, Gretchen was actually married to Mike Penner. The former couple has a daughter - Grace Francis Penner (born 09.11.2000) [1] .
