It is part of the Timanovo rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Timanovo village council.
The distance by road to the district center of the village named after Babushkin is 44 km, to the center of the municipality of Timanova Gora - 7 km. The nearest settlements are Vereteya , Dor , Dorkin Pochinok .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 55 people (28 men, 27 women). The predominant nationality is Russian (98%) [2] .
In the village of Kholm there is an architectural monument house Andreeva [3] .
