It is part of the Minkovsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of administrative-territorial division - the center of the Velikodvorsky village council.
The distance to the district center of the village of Babushkin by road is 46 km, to the center of the Minkovo municipality in a straight line - 20 km. The nearest settlements are Talitsa , Shilovo , Zalomye .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 235 people (107 men, 128 women). The entire population is Russian [2] .
In the village of Velikiy Dvor there is the Church of the Archangel Michael - a monument of architecture [3] .
