It is part of the Bereznikovsky rural settlement [1] , in terms of administrative-territorial division - in the Bereznikovsky village council.
The distance to the district center of the village of Babushkin by road is 79 km, to the center of the Voskresensky municipality in a straight line - 0.9 km. The nearest settlements are Zhitnikovo , Voskresenskoye , Vasilyevo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 64 people (31 men, 33 women). The predominant nationality is Russian (98%) [2] .
