History
Hockey club "Polis Akademiisi" was established in 1996 with the assistance of the Turkish Police Academy. In 2001, the team won the first title. From 2004 to 2006, the club won the championship gold three times in a row. The last title of the “Academisi Policy” was won in 2009. In 2010, after the termination of cooperation between the club and the police academy, the hockey team was disbanded. In total, in its history, the Polis Akademii won 6 victories in the Turkish Championship. By the number of victories in the championship, the team ranks second after the Ankara hockey club (7 wins).
