Zhang Gaoli ( Chinese trad. 張高麗 , ex. 张高丽 , pinyin : Zhāng Gāolí ; born November 1, 1946 , Jinjiang , Fujian ) - a Chinese statesman and party leader. Since March 15, 2013, he has been the First Deputy Prime Minister of the State Council of the PRC [1] , which was previously held by the current Prime Minister of China, Li Keqiang .

Biography
Zhang Gaoli was born on November 1, 1946 in the city of Jinjiang, Fujian province, Han by nationality. He began his career in August 1970 , in December 1973 he joined the CCP . Graduate of the Faculty of Economics , Xiamen University .
1965-1970 - Student of the Faculty of Economics, Xiamen University.
1970-1977 - Worker of an oil company under the Ministry of Petroleum Industry of China in Maoming , Guangdong Province , secretary of the Komsomol committee of the company.
1977-1980 - Secretary of the party cell of the first workshop of the oil refinery of an oil company under the Ministry of Petroleum of the People's Republic of China in Maoming, Guangdong Province, deputy secretary, secretary of the CPC Committee of the plant.
1980-1984 - Member of the Bureau of the CPC Committee of the oil company at the Ministry of Petroleum of the People's Republic of China in Maoming, Guangdong Province, head of the Planning Department, deputy director of the company.
1984-1985 - Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Maoming, Guangdong Province, Director of the Maomin Oil Company of the Chinese Petrochemical Company .
1985-1988 - Chairman, member of the party group of the Economic Committee of the People's Government of Guangdong.
1988-1992 - Deputy Chairman of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province (in April – July 1990, he studied at the Central Party School under the Central Committee of the CPC ).
1992-1994 - Member of the Bureau of the CPC Committee of Guangdong Province, Deputy Chairman of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, Chairman and Member of the Party Group of the Guangdong Province Planning Committee.
1994-1997 - Member of the Bureau of the CPC Committee of Guangdong Province, Deputy Chairman of the People's Government of Guangdong Province, head of the steering group for planning and coordinating the development of the economic zone in the Pearl River Delta .
1997-1998 - Member of the Bureau of the CCP Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Guangdong, Secretary of the CCP Committee in Shenzhen .

Since March 15, 2013 - First Deputy Prime Minister of the State Council of the PRC .
In 2016, he met with the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin . [2]
Family and hobbies
Zhang's wife, Kang Jie, was his colleague when he worked for an oil company under the PRC Ministry of Petroleum in the Guangdong city of Maoming . They have an only son. Currently, Kang Jie is retired, and their son, after graduating from the military academy, entered the service of the lower unit of the PLA , he is deputy company commander [3] .
