Kolki is a village in the Nevelsky District of the Pskov Region , part of the Ivanovo Volost , located about 5 kilometers from the administrative center of the city of Nevel on the shore of Lake Vorotno . The population is 17 people (as of 2000) [1] and 15 people as of 2011.
