History

Probably, the Prussian fortification Partegal, built in 1239 for the siege of Balga Castle, was located on Orekhovaya Hill. In 1240, the Order took and destroyed this fortification.

The first mention in the documents of the village of Partainen dates back to 1406. This land belonged to four free Prussians, including, apparently, representatives of the Prussian clan Partine and the Prussian clan Portuguese, whose clan nest was located in the neighboring estate Mukunenn until 1812. In 1474, the Grand Master Heinrich von Richtenberg confirmed with his diploma the rights of the brothers Thomas and Gerike von Partainen to a site with an area of 24 hufens on the Partainen estate. In 1477, the brothers divided the allotment. The owners of the estate often changed in the future, until between 1543 or 1545 it passed to Hans "Vargel" von Gaudeker, whose family belonged to Partainen until 1721.

In 1721, the husband of Helena Katarina von Gaudeker, Wilhelm Albrecht von ud zu Massenbach-Stutenen (1661 - 1738) became the owner of Partainen. Their daughter, Louise Eleanor von Massenbach (1704 - 1739) in 1721 married Pomeranian Oberst Lieutenant Daniel Albrecht von Glazov (1680 - 1750), and in 1722 Wilhelm Albrecht transferred the estate to Partinen's son-in-law. Von Glazov owned the estate until 1945. The last owner was Ernst Gustav Elimar von Glazov (1897 - 1969), whose eldest son has regularly come to Moscow since 1990 and built a new house here.

Rudolph Adam Ernst von Glazov (1836 - 1875) built a manor in the form of an Italian villa of late classicism style around 1860.

Following the results of the Second World War, Partainen became part of the USSR .

In 1947, Partainen was renamed Moskovskoe [2] and until 2009 belonged to the Five-Road Village Council of the Bagrationovsky District of the Kaliningrad Region. In 1993, the village of Nekrasovo was included in the Moskovskoye settlement (until 1950, Mukenen).
