ChangesTwoBowie is David Bowie's first great hits collection released in 1981 via RCA Records . Its name and packaging aesthetically repeats the format of the previous compilation - 1976 ChangesOneBowie (published on the same label). In addition to singles released later than 1976, the disc contains songs from Bowie's early career that did not make it to ChangesOneBowie . Nevertheless, the collection could not repeat the success of its predecessor, reaching only 27 lines in the British chart and # 68 in the American charts . For some time the album was available in CD format in 1985, it was soon removed from the RCA Records catalog, along with most of Bowie's other albums, due to a conflict between the musician and the label. Due to low sales, the compilation was never reissued when Rykodisc got the rights to reprint Bowie's discography on CD in 1990.
