Geographical position
It is located about 24 km south-west of the village of Saumalkol , the administrative center of the region, at an altitude of 251 meters above sea level [2] . The KATO code is 593251100 [3] .
Population
In 1999, the population of the village was 1,005 people (489 men and 516 women) [4] . According to the 2009 census , 936 people lived in the village (459 men and 477 women) [4] .
