Biography
Came from the nobles of the Kremenchug district of the Poltava province . He was educated at the Alexander Lyceum , after which he entered the University of Vienna.
He entered the public service on May 21, 1877 in the Department of General Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Empire. Since 1899 he was the head of the insurance department of the Economic Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. November 22, 1906 promoted to Privy Councilor .
In 1910, he held the position of Comrade Minister of Trade and Industry [1] . November 8, 1910 appointed senator [2] .
He was married to Maria Konstantinovna Shidlovskaya, nee Princess Imeretinsky (niece of Prince A.K. Imeretinsky, member of the State Council of the Infantry General) [3] .
He died in exile in Wiesbaden at the beginning of 1923 [4] .
