The coat of arms of the municipality is the rural settlement “ Bappagayinsky lay ” of the Vilyui ulus of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) of the Russian Federation .

The emblem was approved by the Decision of the Bappagayinsky Council of Deputies No. 68 of June 15, 2009. [1] The coat of arms is entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation .

Emblem Description
“In a azure field with a convex silver-edged extremity above all, there is a golden tree of life with roots like cedar branches, and pairs of heads growing from the trunk between pairs of branches: above birds , below horses , below cow .”
Symbolism Description
The central figure of the coat of arms is a tree with roots, symbolizing the deep roots and great ancestors of the inhabitants; a thick trunk symbolizes cohesion, firmness of spirit of the inhabitants, upward branches symbolize a craving for a brighter future; leaflets - future generation, faith and hope.
The white curved strip symbolizes the presence of many rivers and the federal highway crossing the territory of the nasleg.
Cows, horses symbolize the agricultural orientation of the economy.
