anima is the third studio album of the Japanese group Nightmare [1] , released in 2006 . The sound in this album is softer than in the previous ones, the direction towards J-pop is more pronounced. Also, unlike previous albums, it featured 2 long ballad songs: Sessou and Mahora, with a total duration of almost 15 minutes. The music for the first song on the album was written by former bass player Abingdon Boys School Ikuo Sibutani.

The album was released in two versions: the regular edition contains a CD with 11 songs and a DVD with a clip for the song Jashin To Bara , as well as a limited edition, in which instead of a DVD there is a photo album with members of the group.
