Cook Islands Football Championship is the annual Cook Islands National Football Championship. It consists of one league, however, from 1985 to 2006, there was a second division. The championship currently consists of 7 teams, the best of which goes into the preliminary round of the Oceania Champions League .

The first championship was held back in 1950, but then it was not held until 1971, when the Cook Islands Football Association was formed.
The championship is held in 2 circles, divided into 14 rounds, in each of which 6 teams play in three pairs. Thus, each team plays 12 matches per season. The championship begins in late August - early September, and ends already in late November.
