Kwon Yuri

Yuri was born December 5, 1989 in Goyang , Gyeonggi-do Province , South Korea . ^[1] She has an older brother, Kwon Hyuk Joon. ^[2] In 2001, she joined SM Entertainment after winning a prize in the agency’s dance competition. She trained for 5 years and 11 months before making her stage debut. 2007‒17: Girls' Generation Debut and Solo Activity

In August 2007, Yuri made her debut as one of the members of the new female group Girls' Generation, run by SM Entertainment. At the same time, she began the development of an acting career. Initially, she played minor roles in television segments such as The King's Boyfriend (the Super Junior documentary) and The Attack of the Golden Boys, which also starred Super Junior members.

In 2008, Yuri got a regular role in the sitcom “Endless Engagement”, where she played a high school student with classmate Suyon.
