Radiators are so named because of the similarity of the form with radiators
Radiatori ( Italian. Radiatori ) is a type of flour products, small short pasta [1] , shaped like radiators. They are somewhat reminiscent of rotini in shape, but, as a rule, shorter and thicker, with disheveled edges. Radio loci are often used in similar dishes like rotelli or fusilli , since the shape of the radio locomotive is well combined with these sauces [2] .
