Dikhankairat ( kaz. Dizangayrat , until 199? - Dmitrievka) is a village in the Panfilovsky district of the Almaty region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Chulakai rural district. The KATO code is 195659200 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 796 people (401 men and 395 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 700 people lived in the village (364 men and 336 women) [2] .
