Story

“What men do!” Is a shocking comedy for adults, which tells what men do when they find themselves on the shores of the warm sea surrounded by beautiful girls in bikinis. The four young people ( Tair Mammadov, Le Havre Gordeev, Roman Yunusov, Konstantin Kryukov ) made an offer that cannot be refused.

An extravagant millionaire sends them an invitation to take part in a sex tournament - a game with a prize of half a million dollars. The goal is to seduce as many women as possible over 5 days at a seaside resort. Having received the task, the magnificent four rushes into battle. Each will use its own branded arsenal, and everyone will be close to getting the treasured jackpot by recording new victims on the list of their male victories. However, during the course of the story, the game, in which four heroes participate, makes adjustments to love [5] .

Criticism

The film received mostly negative reviews from critics. According to aggregators “Criticism” and Megacritic, his average rating was about 4 out of 10. Some critics were outraged that the name tried to tie the film to the more successful comedy “ What Men Talk About ”.

Stanislav Orlov, “ Kino Mail.ru ”:

Another mediocre and unfunny pseudo-comedy trying to exploit other people's achievements, even in the title. <...> The producers decided that the commercial success of the work “What Men Talk About” should attract a certain amount of public, and, in general, did not deceive the audience too much. Well, maybe quite a bit, because these men do not do anything, but no one expected this from them. They were waiting for a joke-jokes, get: "I thought, my heart took, it turned out - just gases." Is funny Well, someone in the audience is laughing - and okay [7] .

Kirill Ilyukhin, "Weburg":

Before us is a prohibitively vulgar comedy in which there is no humor, but there are many undressed women and actors from Univer , Comedy Club and Comedy Wumen . Although it’s difficult to call it even a comedy, it’s a set of unfunny gags, most of which were shown in the trailer of the film, and if they were leaving, it was only on the charisma of the mentioned actors. <...> All this, traditionally in Sarikov style, has been turned into a commercial with a miserable semblance of humor. Well, you have to take money from somewhere to produce such films, not a single person in their right mind will give a dime for the production of terrifying trash with the genre of “Andreasian comedy”. So you have to insert beer and machine advertisements here and there. Although, unlike the “ Togo Carloson, ” there are dialogs between ads. Not so hot any dialogs, because Andreasyan’s authorial humor was enough for a couple of jokes, he imperfectly copied everything else from Hollywood comedies, where they looked much more appropriate. <...> Watching this film was comparable to traveling in several circles of hell [8] .

" Time Out ":

The main propagandist of all the “good” (and even a little “eternal”) in the domestic film mainstream, Sarik Andreasyan, seems to have groped for a new nodal point of Russian kindness - now this is not fatherhood, it's motherhood (“ Pregnant ”), not mother (“ Moms ”) and not even a senior comrade-humorist (“He is Carloson!”). Now this is the usual litter - men do, as usual, obscenities. But Andreasyan would not be himself if he didn’t serve everything under the dressing of a positive attitude to life: he’s endured, falls in love, as they say, and the path from bedding to mom, or at least pregnant, is short-lived [9] .

Vera Khrustalyova, “Movie Review”:

The film, it must be understood, is “18+,” the viewer sees the female breast more often than the faces of the main characters. It is easy to guess that the whole simple plot was invented solely to justify so many naked beauties in the frame. <...> ... naturally, you don’t need to watch it. And make sure, just in case, that your children do not look [10] .
