History
The first surviving written mention of the village of Hradec is contained in a royal letter dated November 7, 1325 , which King Jan of Luxembourg granted several “villages in the Pilsen Region, which were empty at that time” ( vilas sitas in Pilsnensi provincia nunc desertas ) to Pan Peter I of Rozmberk [ 2] .
