Electronics 15IE-00-013 (“Fryazinsky Display”) - an alphanumeric display ( terminal ) with serial interfaces ( current loop and C2 interface ).
The first DVK models were a single board computer connected to this terminal.
Developed in 1980 [ when? ] year at the plant named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR in Fryazin , produced at 199x [ when? ] year in several modifications.
In one of the modes of operation (“command set number 2”), it is partially compatible with DEC VT52 (there is no Hold Screen mode, no special character set and no printer support.)
Interesting Facts
- The first version of Tetris is written on Electronics-60 with such a display.
- The @ symbol on the display screen looks like a dog, which may have been his everyday name .
Emulation
- In one of the modes, the ECSC emulates the 15IE command system.
- Emulators EmuStudio , Bashkiria-2M and MAME emulate the display processor and run its firmware.
