History
Seven yasak Chuvashs of the village of Sidelevo, Tsivilsky Uyezd (now the Kanashsky District), before 1651, had land on the Bule River and the Parsa River. In that year, they received permission from the Tsivilsk voivode to relocate to this quitrent land, preserving the ruble quota and imposing on them again three and a half yasaks , from which 1 ruble was charged. 5 cop. money, 21 pounds of rye and the same amount of oats.
On this land, the village of Sideley appeared.
