Story
Marge is horrified to discover that Homer and Maggie are watching a DVD with the "Little-Faced Kid" program, which, according to the news, is not useful for children. She forbids households to watch TV all day and takes them to the bookstore. There, Homer enjoys reading the book Find the Hidden Objects, and he soon begins to use his new skills to find people and objects. At this time, Bart is visiting Milhouse. He's bored, and he sprays epoxy onto Milhouse's hair. Bart is trying to cut off the damaged hair, after which Milhouse's hairstyle is the same as his father Kirk. With the help of Barta, Milhouse becomes an exact copy of Kirk. Moreover, he gains Kirk's voice by tightening his tie around his neck (but if he is too tight, he speaks like Duffman). Bart makes full use of the matured Milhouse for his own purposes. For example, Milhouse orders Homer to let Lisa go to the prom with him, and eat a bucket of ice cream in two minutes.
Lisa wants to go downtown, and Milhouse buys train tickets for herself, Lisa and Bart. They return the money for the "bespectacled kid", but not enough money for food. Children have to enter the building where they sell condos (and a free breakfast). There the saleswoman begins to like “Kirk”, and she tries to seduce him. At this time, Homer and Marge discover that the children are gone, and find them thanks to Homer's ability to find objects. Later, Milhouse apologizes to his father for imitating him, but says he wants to become like him.
Attitudes of critics and publics
On Sunday night, the FOX episode was viewed by 4.57 million people aged 18-49, and he received a rating of 2.0. He became the second in viewability (the first - “Family Guy”, “Chris Cross”) [1] . Estimates from critics were mostly positive. So, Robert David Sullivan, giving a rating of "B-", said: "Now there are still few episodes with a romantic theme, but the strangeness in them is much better than numerous wastes from the plot and parody of pop culture" [2] .
