Geography
The village is located on the line of the Transbaikal Railway , located on the right bank of the Khilok River, 68 km from the city of Khilok [2] , and 386 km from the city of Chita
History
In the late XIX - early XX centuries, Buryats lived in this area, then a resettlement site arose, a permanent settlement of Russians appeared .
In 1991, a branch of the Sosnovsky state farm, the House of Culture, a library, and a feldsher station worked in the village.
