Okumi or Okum [2] [3] ( Abkh. Waқәym , megr. ოქუმ [Okum], cargo. ოქუმი [Okumi]) is a river in Abkhazia .

The source is located in a mountainous area near the border with the edge of Samegrelo and Zemo Svaneti of Georgia . The river flows through the territories of Tkuarchal and Ochamchyr districts of Abkhazia .
Glacial and rain food. On the banks of the river there are large villages: Okum , Achguara , Gudava .
Large tributaries: on the left - Eristskali (Ertskar or Greater Eris-Tskali) [4] ; on the right is Azuru , Ohodja / Chhuartal .
