Samsung Galaxy Camera is a compact camera released by Samsung based on the Android 4.1 operating system with Samsung's TouchWiz add-on. The company announced a product with the slogan “Camera. Reborn ” [1] . This is a digital camera with twenty-one optical zoom. BSI CMOS 1 / 2.3-in. The number of effective pixels is about 16.3 million, the maximum resolution of images is 4608 × 3456 (about 15.9 million pixels). The focal length of the lens is 4.1–86.1 mm or 23–483 mm in 35 mm equivalent ; the aperture is from f / 2.8 to f / 5.9. Shutter speed can work in the range from 1/8 to 1/2000 seconds in automatic mode or from 16 seconds to 1/2000 in manual mode, ISO range from 100 to 3200. Captures video with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 ( Full HD ) at 30 frames in give me a sec. The maximum frame rate for video shooting is 120 (slow motion with a resolution of 768 × 512).

The camera is equipped with Wi-Fi and 3G modules, which makes it possible to fully work on the Internet, there is support for SMS , but voice calls over the cellular network are blocked by firmware. The device is equipped with microUSB ( USB 2.0 ) and HDMI 1.4 ports. The camera has a 4.8-inch LCD touch screen with a resolution of 1280 × 720 pixels (HD Super Clear technology). This camera has an 8 GB drive , but the memory can be expanded with micro-SD / SDHC / SDXC cards (up to 64 GB capacity). The camera is powered by its own lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 1650 mAh .
