Education
In 1993 he graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs in Kiev, specializing in law. [one]
Labor
After graduation, he was drafted into the army, in the Central Asian military district. He served in the missile forces at the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
After demobilization in 1986, he went to work in the police of Dneprodzerzhinsk , where he went from a sergeant of the patrol service to the head of the Dnieper regional police department of Dneprodzerzhinsk.
In 2006 and in 2010, he was elected Chairman of the Dnieper District Council in Dneprodzerzhinsk.
In 2010, he became deputy mayor of Dneprodzerzhinsk.
In the 2012 parliamentary elections, he was elected People's Deputy of Ukraine from the Party of Regions in the single-mandate majoritarian constituency No. 30. According to the results of the voting, he won 32.81% of the vote [2] . Deputy Head of the Legal Policy Committee.
In the 2014 early parliamentary elections, as a self-nominated candidate, he took third place in the single-mandate majoritarian constituency No. 30, gaining 15.95% of the vote.
