The Council consists of the President of the IANP, two Vice-Presidents, the Secretary General, the Treasurer and the Presidents of the territorial zones.

The Executive Committee (Executive Committee) is formed within the Council. It consists of a president, two vice presidents, a secretary general and a treasurer. The Executive Board carries out the day-to-day management of the SANV under the control of the Council and monitors the implementation of its decisions.
