Prize named after Yanka Mavra ( Belorussian. Premіya іmya Yankі Maўra ) ( Literary Prize named after Yanka Mavra ) is a literary prize awarded once a year since 1993 [1] in Belarus for the best works in the Belarusian language for children and youth. Award in honor of the Belarusian writer Yanka Mavra . It was founded by the Union of Writers of the BSSR [2] .

Works for children and youth in the following genres are accepted for consideration: prose (narratives, fairy tales, etc.), poetry (poems, fables, etc.), plays, lyrics, comics, as well as translations of foreign children's works on the Belarusian language [3] [4] .

- 1994 - Vladimir Yagovdik (b. 04.02.1956, d. Kastrovichi, Grodno region) [5] , for the books “Yanka and Rosa” ( Belarusian. “Yanka i Ruzha” ) and “Will Cook Return?” ( Belarusian. "Tsі vernetsstsa Prince Cook?" ).
- 1995 - Nikolai Chernyavsky (b.16.01.1943), “Who is the bison afraid of?” ( Belarusian. “Kago baitsa bison?” ), 1994 [6] [7] .
- 1996 - Vladimir Matveenko (b. 1928) [8] , for the book of poetry “Syabrynka”.
- 1998 - Fedor Gurinovich (b. 15.09.1950, village Krivichi, Minsk region) [9] , for the book “Bird Alphabet” ( Belorussian “Ptushynaya Alphabet” ).
- 2000 - Nina Galinovskaya (b. December 18, 1935, Bolshaya Lazitsy village, Mogilev region) [8] , for the book “Tangle and Gingerbread Man” ( Belarusian. “Tangle and Calabok” ).
- 2002 - Averyan Deruzhinsky (b. 10.06.1919, village Khlevno, Gomel region) [10] .
- Vasily Zhukovich (b. 07.11.1940, d. Zabolotye, Brest region) [8] .
