Club career
In 1987, he played for the Zarafshan club from the city of Navoi , two years later continued his career at the Nuravshon club. For this team, he spent two seasons in the championship of the USSR. In 1992, Valery joined the club of the Russian Premier League “ Fakel ” at the invitation of head coach Fedor Novikov.
