Koram ( Kaz. Uram ) is a village in the Enbekshikazakh district of the Almaty region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center and the only settlement of the Koramsky rural district. Located about 60 km east of the center of Esik . The KATO code is 194059100 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 5,236 people (2,653 men and 2,583 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 5979 people lived in the village (2948 men and 3031 women) [2] .
