History
Kulikovskoye village was founded in 1912. In 1913 there were 23 courtyards. The village was part of the Zaitsevsky volost of the Zaitsevsky subdivision of Vernensky district of the Semirechensk region [3] .
Population
In 1999, the population of the village was 1,385 people (700 men and 685 women) [4] . According to the 2009 census , 1,683 people (838 men and 845 women) lived in the village [4] .
