Hungary 's women's chess team represents Hungary at women's international chess tournaments. The control and organization is carried out by the Hungarian Chess Federation. The highest rating of the team - 2492 (1990).

Chess Olympiad
The chess players of the Hungarian national team have 9 gold, 8 silver and 10 bronze medals. Of these, 3 Polgar sisters each won 3 gold medals: Sofia and Judit . Another one in the account with: Mária Ivánka, Susan Polgar and Szidonia Vajda .
European Chess Team Championship
The Hungarian national team won only 4 medals: one gold medal ( Nikoletta Lakos ) and three bronze ones.
Minor Teams
At the home team European Championship in 1992, as a host, Hungary put forward two more teams in addition to the main team, however, the results of which did not go into general accounting.
