Hiatari Ryoukou!

Hiatari Ryoukou! ( Japanese 陽 あ た り 良好 ! Hiatari Ryo: ko:) is a romantic manga authored by Mitsuru Adachi . It was published by Shogakukan in the 1980-1981s in the journal Shōjo Comic and collected in 5 volumes [1] . Later, a drama [2] , an anime series [1] and a feature film [1] were released based on the manga motif. The name translates literally, What a wonderful sunny day! .

Content

Story

The plot focuses on the love relationship of Kasumi Kishimoto, a high school student. The girl lives in a boarding house owned by her aunt, in which 4 teenagers also rent rooms. Despite the fact that Kasumi vows herself to be faithful to her boyfriend, who is studying abroad, the girl gradually falls in love with one of her neighbors - Yusaku.

  • Kasumoto Kishimoto ( Japanese 岸 本 か す み Kishimoto Kasumoto )
The main character, and a student of the high school of Mojo. Since her parents live an hour's drive from the school, Kasumi decides to live in the house of her aunt Tigusa, who decided to rent rooms to four students who attend the same school. Kasumi initially wants to avoid the guys, because she wants to remain faithful to Katsuhiko, a guy who studies abroad. However, the girl gradually develops feelings for one of the 4 new neighbors - Yusaku.

Dorama

The series, created on the basis of the manga, was broadcast on Nippon TV from March 21 to September 19, 1982 . A total of 19 episodes have been released, each of which lasts an hour. At first, the role of the main character was supposed to be given to Minako Savamura, but due to problems during the filming of the first series, the main role was transferred to Sayaka Ito. The series was released simultaneously with Tōge no Gunzō and Seibu Keisatsu Part II, which is why it did not gain much popularity.

Anime

The anime series, consisting of 48 half-hour episodes, began to be broadcast on Fuji TV from March 22, 1987 to March 20, 1988 , took the place of the anime series Touch , created from the spokon manga of the same author. Also in 1988, a full-length cartoon was released, as a continuation of the series.
